I want to tell everyone about a few fitness programs that are amazingly successful and I do believe so because I am 37 and I have never been so fit in my life, remember to drink whey protein too:) I continue to keep the muscle, hardly exercise except for keeping up with my 2 year old and I really can eat a huge amount but I have to keep my carbohydrates down low. I can have as much meat (mainly white) and cheese, eggs, nuts, seeds, fruits and vegetable as I want to but have to keep my bread and other high carbohydrate foods low in ratio to the protein.
